Shipping
Order Preparation Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
Courier and Tracking Shipments are entrusted to DHL. Every order is tracked, and the tracking number is sent via email upon dispatch.
Times and Costs
Rates vary between decorations and ceramics: the latter are heavier and require more protective packaging.

Packaging Glass and ceramic items are individually protected and shipped in reinforced boxes. Large ceramic items are shipped in dedicated packaging, which accounts for the difference in rates.
Orders with multiple categories Orders containing both decorations and ceramics generate two separate shipments because they require different packaging. Therefore, two shipping costs will appear at checkout. When it is possible to combine everything into a single package, the difference will be refunded after shipment.
Customs Duties For destinations outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are applied by the courier upon delivery. The amount varies by country and cannot be calculated in advance.
Christmas Deliveries To receive your order in Italy by Christmas, we recommend placing your purchase by December 15th. For international destinations, we recommend ordering at least three weeks in advance.
Returns
Change of Mind You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. The product must be intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Item In case of breakage or defect, notification must be sent within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the product and packaging. The item will be replaced if available; otherwise, a full refund will be issued. In these cases, return shipping costs are borne by Anna & Co.
Photographs are required to file a claim with the courier.

Refunds The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the order, typically within 14 days of receiving and verifying the return.
