General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Seller Information
The products on annaandco.shop are sold by:

2. Scope of Application
These conditions govern the sale of products offered on annaandco.shop and apply to all orders placed through the site. By placing an order, the buyer declares to have read and accepted them.
The conditions may be modified at any time. The conditions published at the time of order submission apply to orders.
3. Products
The products are handmade and hand-painted decorations and home decor items. The images are for illustrative purposes: as each piece is manually decorated, slight differences in brushstrokes, tonality, and finish are possible compared to what is depicted. Such differences are inherent in artisanal craftsmanship and do not constitute a defect.
The indicated dimensions are approximate and may vary by a few millimeters.
Product availability is indicated on each product page. In case of unavailability occurring after the order has been placed, the buyer will be informed and will receive a full refund.
4. Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately before the order is finalized.
For destinations outside the European Union, any duties and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be requested by the courier upon delivery.
5. Conclusion of the Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is considered concluded when the seller sends the order confirmation to the buyer via email.
The seller reserves the right not to accept incomplete or incorrectly completed orders, or when products are not available.
6. Payments
Payment methods indicated at checkout are accepted. Payment is managed by third-party providers: the seller does not process or store card data.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Delivery times and costs for each destination are indicated on the Shipping and Returns page.
Delivery terms are indicative and refer to business days. Delays attributable to the courier or force majeure do not give rise to compensation.
Upon delivery, the buyer is invited to check the integrity of the packaging. In case of obvious damage, it is recommended to accept the package with reservation.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to state a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send a communication to morettinifraser@gmail.com indicating the order number and the products to be returned.
Products must be returned intact, complete, and in their original packaging, to the address: Anna Morettini — Via di San Niccolò 42, 50125 Firenze (FI), Italia
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The refund includes the price of the products and the standard delivery costs incurred at the time of the order, and is made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal communication, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received.
9. Legal Warranty of Conformity
The products are subject to the legal warranty of conformity provided by consumer protection regulations, valid for 24 months from delivery.
In case of a lack of conformity, the buyer has the right to have the goods brought back into conformity or, under the conditions of the law, to a reduction in price or termination of the contract.
Color variations and irregularities inherent in hand-crafting, as well as damage resulting from improper use, impacts, falls, dishwasher washing, or exposure to heat sources, do not constitute a lack of conformity.
10. Products Damaged During Transit
Any breakages or damages attributable to transport must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, by attaching photographs of the product and packaging. The product will be replaced, if available, or fully refunded. In such cases, return shipping costs are borne by the seller.
Photographic documentation is necessary for filing a claim with the courier.
11. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to morettinifraser@gmail.com. The seller will respond within 3 business days of receipt.
12. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is processed as indicated in the Privacy Policy.
13. Applicable Law and Competent Court
These conditions are governed by Italian law.
For disputes with buyers acting as consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located within the national territory, shall have jurisdiction.
14. Dispute Resolution
Before resorting to judicial authority, the buyer may contact the seller for an amicable settlement by writing to morettinifraser@gmail.com.
The consumer may also resort to alternative dispute resolution bodies (ADR) listed in official registers, including conciliation services established at Chambers of Commerce.
