Where the collections are created Collections are conceived and designed in Florence, and crafted by master European artisans using traditional techniques.
Are the products handmade? Yes. The decorations are hand-blown glass and painted one by one. The ceramics are hand-painted majolica.
Are two pieces of the same model identical? No. The decoration is done by hand, so small differences in stroke and color are inherent to the craftsmanship.
Availability Editions are limited. Updated availability is indicated on each product page.
Packaging of fragile items Glass and ceramic items are individually protected during shipping in reinforced boxes. Each shipment is tracked.
Delivery times Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 2-6 days in Italy and 4-9 days in the European Union. Full details are on the Shipping and Returns page.
Delivery by Christmas For Italy, we recommend ordering by December 15th. For international destinations, at least three weeks in advance.
International Shipping Anna & Co. ships to the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, and other countries. Outside the European Union, any duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Item arrived damaged Notification must be sent within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. The item will be replaced or refunded, with no return costs.
Return for change of mind Within 14 days of delivery, with the product intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Direct shipping to a gift recipient Simply enter their address as the shipping address. No document with the price will be included in the package.
How to hang decorations Each decoration comes with a hook. As they are hand-blown glass, they should be handled with care.
Care of ceramics Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent. Dishwashers, microwaves, and abrasive products should be avoided: gilding and hand-painted colors do not tolerate them.
